Turkish Language Solutions is a trading name of Köse Vertalingen BV, based in Puurs-Sint-Amands, Belgium. For questions about your personal data, contact info@turkish-language-solutions.be.

When you contact us or request a quote, we process the name, contact details, message and documents you provide. We use this information to assess your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you and carry out any assignment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing that contract. Please send only the documents and personal data needed for your enquiry.

Our website and forms are technically supported by Wix. To carry out an assignment, we may share relevant information with translators, interpreters or other service providers involved in the work. We share information with competent authorities where required by law.

We do not systematically retain documents from enquiries that do not become assignments. We retain information relating to assignments for as long as needed to carry out and follow up the work and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the type of case and statutory retention duties.

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, to the extent that the GDPR grants that right in your situation.
